Tickets and city services in one app
We build apps branded for the city and the transport operator. Residents buy tickets in them and also get announcements, events and the waste collection schedule. Don’t need your own app? We will sell tickets in the GoPay app and through the website.

Dedicated app: build it from modules
Tickets are always included. The city chooses the rest. Click the modules and see how the app changes.
Modules labelled “coming soon” are in preparation. Each app is in the App Store and Google Play under the city’s brand.
single · period
The ticket is a reason to open the app
A resident who uses public transport has the app on their phone and opens it regularly. It’s a ready-made channel for the city to reach people.
Buys a ticket
Single or period, in their city’s app.
Sees what’s going on
Disruptions on lines, city news, push notifications.
Uses what the city offers
Events, places, the outdoor swimming area, the waste collection schedule. And they come back for the next ticket.

Not just your own app
Every city starts differently. Channels can be combined: in Koszalin, the city app, the GoPay app and website sales all work at the same time.
Dedicated app
An app branded for the city, for Android and iOS, built from modules.
- Szczecin, Koszalin, Gniezno, Jaworzno
- The city’s own colours and logo
GoPay app
A city without its own app sells tickets in ours. The passenger chooses the city and buys.
- Available in Ełk, Grudziądz, the Tricity, Poznań, Warsaw and more
- No need to build an app
Website sales
Period ticket in a web browser, no account needed. It arrives by email.
- For inspection: a printout or the PDF with the QR code
- E.g. Suwałki, Łomża, Świnoujście
E-ticket wholesale
The city’s ticket catalogue available through an API. It works both ways: our partners sell the city’s tickets, or the public transport authority takes the wholesale in-house and becomes the place that external apps integrate with.
- Sales through banks, fintechs and other apps
- Or the authority’s own e-ticket wholesale: one sales dashboard and one integration for all sellers
- More points of sale with no work on the city’s side
Ticket inspection
Every ticket has a QR code. The ticket inspector scans it and immediately sees whether the ticket is valid. The city’s inspection devices can also connect to our system.
- Inspection result: ticket active, inactive, code not recognised, possible fraud
- A ticket from the app or a printout from the website
- Activation blocked once a ticket inspector appears
Dashboard and reports
Sales from all channels — the city app, the GoPay app and the website — in one dashboard.
- Sales overview
- Regular reports for the public transport authority
Connection to the ticketing system
If the city has a central ticket sales system, we connect to it. If it doesn’t, we sell on ours.
- We integrate with the ticketing systems used in Polish cities
